Whether it be the sensitive restoration of an historic building, creating the relaxed atmosphere of a resort hotel or the modernist detailing of laboratory building; each commission is treated individually and without preconceptions.

Our project list includes commissions within the UK, North America, Europe, South East Asia, The Middle East and the former Soviet Republics. This gives us a unique appreciation of diverse cultures, which is demonstrated in the eclectic nature of our work.

Commercial Plaza - Construction is underway on site of the underground car park for the Commercial Plaza project in Doha, Qatar. Arranged on two underground levels, parking will be provided for nearly 2000 vehicles, as part of the Cultural Village Project development.

Sports City Tower - Design studies for a 300m high tower located in the Gulf Region. The tower includes a revolving restaurant, sports musuem, 200 room hotel and observation galleries. Structurally, the tower utilises slip form core construction with stainless steel tension cables connected to out-riggers.

Al-Fahim Tower - Working drawings have been completed for this 34 storey commercial tower in Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. The 165 metre high building will have a gross floor area of 55,000 sq m, including three levels of basement parking.

Al-Sadd Soccer Stadium- The Stadium was the opening venue for the Gulf Cup Tournament, an International Soccer Competition between all of the GCC States in the Gulf Region. The final, which was won by the Host nation Qatar was also held at Al-Sadd Stadium which is regarded locally as a great success. The complex includes Olympic standard swimming and diving pools, and a multi-purpose sports hall.

Hotel, London - Concept and detailed design for a new 235 room 4 star hotel in Central London for a major overseas hotel company. The project is now under construction.

Hyatt Regency Birmingham - Work has now been completed on a full renovation of the Public Areas, Bar and Health Club, as well as the guest rooms and Regency Club Lounge. The work included an extension to the building to enlarge the main Bar.

Cidade da Crianca - This childrens' Cultural and Science Musuem in Madeira also includes a traditional "espetada" restaurant for 240 people, a health club, Tea house and landscape gardens.

Resort Hotel Madeira - A 5+ star resort hotel for one of the world's major hotel operators is now at design stage. The hotel comprises 100 guestrooms and suites, health spa and generous public areas. The design concept is based upon traditional stone terraces used in farming together with levadas (irrigation channels) which in turn supply individual guest pools.

Porto Bay Hotels - Refurbishment of the guestrooms and 2 restaurants at Cliff Bay Hotel, Madeira. de Brant Joyce & Partners designed the interiors for the Hotel when it was first built, in 1992.
